1. The wife is not an “agunah” according to halacha.
2. The Gett is a diversion to publicly and falsely implicate the husband as the bad guy. The dispute is probably about a halachic divorce settlement, not about delivery of a Gett.
3. The pertinent facts of the case will be carefully suppressed, especially if the father is being denied his halachic rights or if he is being denied parenting time with the children.
4. The husband will be portrayed as the malicious perp and the wife as his innocent victim, regardless of the facts in the case.
Fake “agunot” are the engine that powers the Jewish feminists. The arrogant agunah feminists are experts at creating fake “agunot”.
Communities like Kiryas Yoel are not likely to fall all over themselves to appease feminists the way many non-Chassidic “Orthodox” communities will do.
The Kiryas Yoel community, after being harassed by the feminists, may just likely increase their support for the husband.
