On social media groups and on various blogs and websites, various feminist propagandists have been misleading and indoctrinating the Jewish public on behalf of the fake agunah movement for a number of years now.
Here are some common techniques employed by the dishonest, misandrist non-Orthodox feminist fraudsters:
1. Never present any arguments, based on authentic Torah sources, that validate the existence of real agunot or that validate a feminist, divorce on demand movement.
2. Incite Internet “lynch mobs” by publicly spewing lies, slander, and misleading statements against various Jewish men in divorce situations.
3. Exploit the same misleading, inaccurate slogans against Jewish men, such as “get refuser”, “mesareiv get”, “abuser” “misogynist” etc. to whip up the feminist mobs against divorced Jewish men.
4. Never discuss any critical facts about a divorce case that vindicate the husband, for example if no halachic Beit Din ever ordered the husband to deliver a Get to his wife, or if the husband voluntarily deposited a valid Get in a Beit Din but his wife refuses to appear before the Beit Din, or if a “seruv” was issued against the wife!
5. Create a false illusion that the feminists adhere to the opinions of anonymous, traditional “Gedolim” (senior rabbinic authorities), but never actually provide proof of which opinions the feminists rely on.
6. Cancel Non-feminist Jewish men from Participation in Jewish social media groups – An Exact Imitation of the Non-Jewish Woke Cancel Culture!
If you become aware of Jewish feminist social media or Facebook groups that are slandering and persecuting men in divorce situations, you may have an obligation under Torah law to protest this injustice.
At a minimum, authentic halacha prohibits us from believing unproven slander against Jewish men.
